Harmonized Tariff Schedule

This course examines the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States and the Schedule B and rules for classification. With a heavy emphasis on the GRIs, it explores duty rates, the use of General Notes, section notes, and chapter notes. Students will be prepared to classify and apply provision for imports and exports.
