How to Request a Consolidated Transcript

Requesting a consolidated transcript from Dunlap-Stone University is a straightforward process.

  2. Upload all your transcripts. Official transcripts are required and must be submitted directly from the issuing institution to Dunlap-Stone University. Students may present unofficial transcripts to begin the evaluation process, but only official transcripts will be accepted to issue a Consolidated Transcript.
  3. Review the information provided, ensuring that all details are correct and accurate.
  4. Pay the $400 transcript processing fee. Please note that there may be additional fees depending on the delivery method and destination.
  5. Verify the delivery address for your combined transcript. You can choose to have it sent directly to an educational institution, employer, or to your personal address.

Processing Time and Delivery Options

We strive to process transcript requests in a timely manner. The standard processing time for combined transcripts is typically within 5-7 business days from the date of submission.

  • Electronic Delivery: We offer electronic transmission of your combined transcript to selected institutions or employers that accept electronic transcripts. Please provide the necessary recipient email address during the request process.
  • Postal Mail Delivery: If you prefer a physical copy, we can mail your combined transcript directly to the designated recipient’s address. Please allow additional time for postal delivery. You may incur additional fees for delivery.

Common sources of credit or credit evaluation to be included on the Consolidated Transcript include:

  • College courses completed at institutions holding institutional accreditation recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE)
  • International transcripts reviewed by an approved Foreign Transcript Evaluator
  • CLEP® – College Level Examination Program®
  • DSST® – DANTES Subject Standardized Tests®
  • Advanced Placement Exams (AP Examinations)
  • UExcel® examinations / ECEs
  • IT certification exams from – Microsoft®, Cisco®, SAS®, Oracle®, CompTia®, and Sun Microsystems®

Fees and Payment

A $400 transcript processing fee is required for each request. The fee amount may vary based on the delivery method and destination. Payment can be made securely online during the transcript request process. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and debit cards. Transcript Consolidation Service

Transcript consolidation is a service for individuals seeking to consolidate their academic records into a single aggregated transcript. The transcript lists post-secondary credits from an accredited college or university, military training, industry-certifications, approved credits awarded by an examination service, and education and training evaluated and recommended for academic credit by approved agencies.

What is Listed on the Transcript?

The transcript lists:

  • All degrees or certifications earned
  • All postsecondary credits that meet inclusion criteria

What is Not Listed on the Transcript

  • Continuing education units (CEUs) without credit recommendations from approved sources
  • Certificate courses which do not carry postsecondary credit
  • Grade Point Averages (GPAs)
  • Attempted, earned, or total hours

Transcript Consolidation Fee (1 Year Service Fee)

The transcript consolidation service aggregates student’s college-level academic records onto a single Dunlap-Stone University transcript. The credit banking service and fee entitles students to receive an official evaluation of the credit applied and includes one full year. If an individual submits additional credit(s), they can be added to their record with no additional fee within the year.

The transcript will note clearly that it is a Dunlap-Stone University consolidated credit transcript. The reverse side of the transcript will include the following explanation:

Credit Consolidation Transcript:
The Dunlap-Stone University Credit Consolidation Transcript is a service available to individuals not enrolled in Dunlap-Stone who want to consolidate their academic records for employment or educational purposes. The DSU Credit Consolidation Transcript lists college-level credits that could be applied toward an DSU degree. A grade of D and higher in transfer credit from acceptable institutions is listed on this transcript, however D grades are not acceptable for transfer into DSU academic programs.

Transferability Statement:
Dunlap-Stone University cannot guarantee that any or all credits earned at DSU will transfer to another institution of higher learning. It cannot guarantee that all credits documented on a Consolidated Transcript will be accepted by another institution. It is at the discretion of the receiving institution evaluating the credit to determine if it meets their criteria. Prior to enrolling in a DSU course that you wish to transfer to another institution, check with that institution to determine their willingness to accept the course credit. Dunlap-Stone University generally accepts college credits from most institutions that are accredited by accrediting bodies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Please review the catalog for limits and transfer criteria for each program of study.

Processing Time:
Credit will be added to the transcript within 5-7 business days from the arrival of proper documentation.

Accreditation:
Dunlap-Stone University is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission, and its programs are approved by the Arizona Private Post-Secondary Education board.

Student Privacy:
Dunlap-Stone University maintains strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect the privacy of your academic records. Your combined transcript will only be released to authorized recipients in accordance with applicable privacy laws and university policies. All transcripts are released in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, with the condition that no third party may be given access to this information without the written consent of the student.

Grading System:
A = 4.0, B = 3.0, C= 2.0, D = 1.0, F = 0.0, I = Incomplete, W = Withdrawal, AD = Administratively Withdrawn, R = Repeated, P = Pass

Dunlap-Stone University Course Numbering System:
0-99 Remedial/Developmental, 100-299 Lower-level undergraduate credit, 300-499 Upper-level undergraduate credit 500 and above Graduate credit

Transfer Credit:
Transfer credits which the student desired not to have recorded do not appear. All credits have been equated to semester hours. Course grades less than C are not acceptable as transfer credit into DSU’s programs.

 

Dunlap-Stone University Courses 

Dunlap-Stone University courses for which students receive a failing, incomplete or withdrawn grade will be recorded on the transcript. Incomplete and withdrawal grades are not used in computing the grade point average. A grade of F is used to compute the grade point average. All of DSU’s undergraduate and graduate programs use Course Units (CU) as a general measurement of academic work and progress towards a degree. A Course Unit generally represents fifteen hours of engagement and thirty hours of preparation.
