The transcript consolidation service aggregates student’s college-level academic records onto a single Dunlap-Stone University transcript. The credit banking service and fee entitles students to receive an official evaluation of the credit applied and includes one full year. If an individual submits additional credit(s), they can be added to their record with no additional fee within the year.
Credit Consolidation Transcript:
The Dunlap-Stone University Credit Consolidation Transcript is a service available to individuals not enrolled in Dunlap-Stone who want to consolidate their academic records for employment or educational purposes. The DSU Credit Consolidation Transcript lists college-level credits that could be applied toward an DSU degree. A grade of D and higher in transfer credit from acceptable institutions is listed on this transcript, however D grades are not acceptable for transfer into DSU academic programs.
Transferability Statement:
Dunlap-Stone University cannot guarantee that any or all credits earned at DSU will transfer to another institution of higher learning. It cannot guarantee that all credits documented on a Consolidated Transcript will be accepted by another institution. It is at the discretion of the receiving institution evaluating the credit to determine if it meets their criteria. Prior to enrolling in a DSU course that you wish to transfer to another institution, check with that institution to determine their willingness to accept the course credit. Dunlap-Stone University generally accepts college credits from most institutions that are accredited by accrediting bodies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Please review the catalog for limits and transfer criteria for each program of study.

Dunlap-Stone University Course Numbering System:
0-99 Remedial/Developmental, 100-299 Lower-level undergraduate credit, 300-499 Upper-level undergraduate credit 500 and above Graduate credit
Transfer Credit:
Transfer credits which the student desired not to have recorded do not appear. All credits have been equated to semester hours. Course grades less than C are not acceptable as transfer credit into DSU’s programs.
Dunlap-Stone University courses for which students receive a failing, incomplete or withdrawn grade will be recorded on the transcript. Incomplete and withdrawal grades are not used in computing the grade point average. A grade of F is used to compute the grade point average. All of DSU’s undergraduate and graduate programs use Course Units (CU) as a general measurement of academic work and progress towards a degree. A Course Unit generally represents fifteen hours of engagement and thirty hours of preparation.
