Management of Trade Compliance

This course explores the role and obligations of those held responsible for regulatory trade compliance, including forming agreements that meet regulatory agency requirements. It examines the role and responsibilities compliance effort with regulatory authorities, known as the Empowered Official (EO), as well as the unique opportunities presented to the EO and his/her company by various agreements– Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs), and Warehousing and Distribution Agreements (WDAs)– under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
