Understanding the EAR

This course examines the current Export Administration Regulations (EAR), enforced by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce. It is taught from the perspective of the practicing professional who needs to know, understand and use this knowledge on a regular basis. Special focus is placed on building a strong understanding of all BIS regulations to ensure that all goods entering and exiting the United States do so in accordance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
