Introduction to Counseling

This course is designed to give a brief overview of the counseling profession and to build skills and competencies as a mental health practitioner. In this course, you will learn about many counseling topics including the different counseling orientations, prevention and intervention models, ethical codes, and multicultural counseling competence.
