Course Description: This six-week course examines the topic of project management, beginning with the basic concepts and then expands to fully explore the discipline of project management from pre-planning to project completion. The principles used in this course do not focus on any specific project management software or specific tools.
This course helps prepare individuals for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)(R) exam and the Project Management Professional (PMP)(R) exam. It provides 45 contact hours of project management education.
