This six-week course examines the rules, regulations, and best practices for the export of Dual-use items into the European Union. This course specifically addresses European Union Regulation No. 428/2009, including categories 8, 9 and Community General Export Authorization No eu001. It also explores the EU model for individual or global export authorization forms, model for brokering services authorization forms, and common elements for publication of national general export authorizations in official journals and related content.
