This introduction to the USMCA was designed to help individuals develop a general practical working understanding of the changes and new requirements for moving goods between the U.S. Mexico and Canada under the agreement that replaces major portions of NAFTA. It examines the USMCA Protocol, the new Rules of Origin, Certification of Origin, Customs Administration and Trade Facilitation and related topics.
