Trade Compliance Environment I (TRD 214) Starting June 16, 2011 – This course is the perfect starting point for those who need or want to familiarize themselves with the US trade compliance environment. Upon completion, a student will possess a basic understanding of the duties and responsibilities of those working in regulated trade compliance—import/export—within an organization, the function of government in mandating trade compliance, the most common trade compliance problems, and the career possibilities in choosing this profession.

Trade Compliance Environment II (TRD 215) Starting July 7, 2011 – Take this course to gain a basic-level of understanding of specific ITAR topics in the US trade compliance environment, including Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs), Distribution Agreements (DAs), General Correspondence (GC) /Advisory Opinions (AOs) under the ITAR, and Commodity Jurisdiction (CJ).

Trade Compliance Environment III (TRD 216) Starting July 28, 2011 – This last three-week overview course is a continuation of the examination of the trade compliance environment begun in TRD-214. It is intended for new, entry-level personnel who need to gain a basic level of understanding of specific ITAR topics in the US trade compliance environment, including Denied Entities Screening, Foreign National issues and the need for auditing export compliance process and procedures.
