Next, go to the Application (below) and clicking on the title. Complete the Application online or download the form, entering the requested information and then email or fax it to us. Once we receive your it, an Enrollment Advisor will promptly contact you and guide you through the remainder of the entry process. It’s easy. Before you know it you will be taking classes and heading toward your degree or education goal.

Please note that if you are seeking “Open Enrollment” to pursue certification training, you do NOT submit an Application.  Speak with an enrollment advisor for assistance with Open enrollment.
