Now Non-LOI schools can make an online payment of TA (for eligible candidates) through the GoArmyEd website, bypassing any out-of-pocket tuition reimbursements. MyCAA – Military Spouse Career Advancement Account

There are now 6000 good reasons for a military spouse to continue their higher education. DoD’s recently implemented MyCAA program provides financial assistance, to eligible candidates, paying up to $6,000 for education expenses for secondary education and training, tuition, licensing and credentialing fees, and the list goes on. DANTES – Defense Activity for Non-Traditional Education Support

This DoD organization helps Servicemembers pursue their educational goals and earn a degrees or certification while continuing to serve their country. This link provides IIEI Certification and DSU B.S. Degree information to help you determine your educational path.

SOC – Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges

The International Import-Export Institute at Dunlap-Stone University are dedicated to helping servicemembers and their families earn an IIEI Certification or a DSU B.S. Degree. Active Duty Education and Training

Active Duty Students may utilize one of two approved programs available to them to simultaneously attend DSU and serve their military term. Active Duty Students may use either the Tuition Assistance Program or the Montgomery GI Bill Program.

Veteran Education and Training

Eligible students may elect to use their VA Education Benefits to help with the cost of DSU tuition, certification examinations, and course materials. Approved students will receive a reimbursement check on a 30 day billing cycle, based upon the type of training and training time. Apply for a tuition deferral, fill out and fax the DSU Military Deferral Form MGIB (PDF) to see if you qualify for a deferral.

Reserve Service Members Education and Training

Active Duty members of the Selective Reserves are eligible for tuition assistance. However each of the Armed Forces determines how to administer their own Tuition Assistance (TA). In addition each state may offer its National Guard service members state funded education incentives based on state guidelines and eligibility.
