Instructions to Download Desktop Client Software
You can access the classroom via the web or using the client software. The main difference between the two is that using the browser you are generally limited to browsing/ navigating one page at a time and with the client software you can have multiple pages open at one time just like you generally can on your computer desktop. If your company uses heightened security protection, you may not be able to use the client software without help from your system administrator. The choice is yours.
To download the classroom software client read below:
Before you download the client software, DISABLE (turn-off) your Virus Scanning and Firewall software. After you have loaded the client software you can turn them back on. In Windows, right click the virus icon at the lower right hand side of your screen. Then click disable. To begin the installation process, select/ click the operating system on your computer (from the list below) and then follow the instructions:
