The first time you use the Deferred Tuition option you must first have your actual signature on file along with your electronic signature authorization. If the credit card information we have on file for you changes or needs updating, this form will need to be updated and re-submitted.

Deferred Tuition Agreement Policies – By submitting forms above, you have agreed to these policies.

To qualify for a deferral of tuition, your company must have a qualifying employee reimbursement program and you must acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following stipulations below:

My company has an employee educational reimbursement program for which I am qualified to participate.

I am personally and solely responsible for paying for the course tuition.

Dropping a course once started, as per the payment and refund policy, may obligate me to pay the full tuition amount, or a significant proportion of the tuition, even if I don’t finish the course.

Fees and materials (such as textbooks, and examination fees) can not be included in this Promissory Note.

The deferral period is 28 days from the start date of each course.

To be granted a deferral, you must possess a valid approved credit card with adequate credit line available at the time of registration to cover the deferral amount. (Note: At the time of registration your card will be authorized for the total amount to verify payment ability and then the authorization is immediately voided.)

Please also note that the deadline for registration is 4 PM Arizona Time on the Thursday before your actual class start date.

Acknowledging that employees are required to submit proof of successful completion of a course for reimbursement from their employer, the International Import-Export Institute (IIEI) at Dunlap-Stone University (DSU) agrees to defer payment for 28 days after the start date of course(s) for which the student enrolled with the following conditions and stipulations. On that date, you authorize the International Import-Export Institute at Dunlap-Stone University to charge your credit card for the full course tuition. If I fail to meet the terms of the agreement, I agree DSU/IIEI can charge my credit card for any outstanding tuition balance and/or fees.

I am personally responsible for payment of all tuition and fees I incur.
Under all circumstances, even though I receive educational reimbursement from my employer, I acknowledge sole responsibility for payment of all tuition and fees due for any completed and/or current courses in which I am enrolled with the International Import-Export Institute at Dunlap-Stone University and will abide by the DSU/IIEI’s current tuition payment policies.

I understand that if I fail to meet the terms of this agreement, I will be ineligible to participate in the tuition deferral program in the future, and that any and all outstanding amounts due the DSU/IIEI must be paid before I will be allowed to continue my course of study. I understand and agree that a $30 late fee, along with a $50 declined credit card fee (if applicable), will be assessed if the credit card provided herein is declined for any reason.

I agree that this Promissory Note shall remain in effect so long as I am a registered student with the International Import-Export Institute and may be used to secure my enrollment in classes for which I register. I agree to provide the International Import-Export Institute at Dunlap-Stone University updated information (such as new card expiration date) on this Promissory Note so long as I am a registered student and have not voided, in writing, the use of this Promissory Note, which may only occur if no balance is owed.

My electronic signature below signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this Deferral / Promissory Note, including the Refund Policy, and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
