Application for Degree Admittance

To apply for admittance into our Bachelor Degree Program, please complete this form and click submit. Upon its receipt, you will be assigned a counselor who will be with you every step of the way, from assisting you with the Registrar’s Office as they evaluate any credits you may be transferring in, to guiding you as you enroll in your first course and on until graduation. We welcome you to our learning family.

DSU Application Fee – $50.00

Please pay for your Application Fee first, then proceed to fill out your application. After you have paid for your Application Fee click the “Continue Shopping” button at the end of the checkout process. It will return you to this page, then you can fill out the form and submit it. We will only process applications with matching payments.
